So far, the dynamic that has really been working on the project is when we have a strong and motivated point person to take the reigns on their individual short. They bring on their friends, start to create their own concept and we, more or less, get to sit back and watch the magic.
We are also working at being matchmakers, which poses interesting challenges and, hopefully, rewards. The women that we are most attracted to as filmmakers are dynamic, strong leaders. Pairing people together so that all of their talents compliment each other is part of the role that we have taken on and are starting to get a little better at each day.
